We are beyond excited for this group currently going through our Eagle Academy’s first CFT Program!
We are definitely the best collaborative group of teams in this company! We cannot wait to celebrate with all of our CFT graduates at our retreat!

Important reminders:

Make sure to have an alarm set each day to remember to post accountability in WhatsApp. (please don't lose any points for forgetting to post this)

Keep an eye out for the feedback from your script recordings - You will be receiving feedback from your Team Leaders.

All Team Leaders need to send feedback directly to your assigned Teammates.

For our participants that will be recording a 1-on-1 with a friend, business partner, or family member, please make sure to watch the recording, study the words, and practice a lot before doing your recording.

Also, if you have not been through 10 training appointments yet, get your last few completed so you are fully prepared.

Get together with your accountability group ASAP to record the Pre-Appointment call and 2 minute story. Use the 2-minute story format slide in the class 2 powerpoint to help with building your 2-minute story.

Also, remember that your projects should be turned in no later than Thursday prior to your next class.
Point System Reminders:
-
Point audits need to be requested within 4 days of each class. Example: the Projects are turned in on Thursday, class is on Saturday, point audit must be requested by Tuesday.

We reserve the right to question points on activity.

If you send your Recording(s) or Project late, you will lose -2 Points for that Class, but you can gain back the Points lost for the assignment. Late Projects need to be turned in before the next Class. If you are having problems submitting due to your wifi, link not working, etc..., please let us know right away so we may find a solution.

Submitting an PFR (Personal Financial Review - A.K.A FNA) counts per person and not per family.

Your final point total does not determine whether you can be signed off as a CFT, but does affect retreat status.

In order to graduate, you must have a total of 3,000 personal points over the duration of the class.

In order to graduate, you cannot miss more than one Class and you must watch the recording from the Class missed.

Attend a minimum of 2 Trainings per week.
This will deduct -1 Point per week if not completed.

Begin reading "The Retirement Miracle" (Quiz on Cass 4)

Accumulate a total of 150 Points of Activity in your Tracker during this 2 Week Class period.
This will deduct -1 Point if not completed.

Run or watch with your Assigned CFT, four(4) New Personal Appointments.
This will accumulate +1 Point if doubled and +2 Points for N°1.
This will deduct -1 Point if not completed.

Generate two(2) New In-Person Prospects.
This will accumulate +1 Point if doubled and +2 Points for N°1.
This will deduct -1 Point if not completed.

Remember to post your CFT Daily Activity Report before midnight in our CFT Program WhatsApp channel.
Typical daily activities such as Calls, Prospects, Appointments ran, Appointments set, New Clients and New Business Partners.
This accumulates +1 Point per week!
CFT Plus Class 2 Project
