Important reminders:

  • Make sure you post your daily accountability on our CFT & CFT Plus WhatsApp channel by no later than 11:59pm EST (Please don't lose points over this!

  • For the prospecting piece of the Project, this is designed to build a new skill-set and get outside of your comfort zone, these prospects only count for NEW IN-PERSON prospects that you got a new name and number - Always be honest.

  • If someone else sets an appointment for you, as long as it is your personal appointment, it still counts as 1 of your appointments set.

  • Be competitive but not combative - we are ONE family with ONE shared vision - we are here to compete to be the best versions of ourselves and to help others become better - always compete - but never at the expense of others.

  • If you cannot join our Slack and/or WhatsApp accounts, please consult with your Team Leader, your Upline SMD or contact us via eacftprograms@gmail.com


Point System Reminders:

  • Point audits need to be requested within 4 days of each class. Example: the Projects are turned in on Thursday, class is on Saturday, point audit must be requested by Tuesday.

  • We reserve the right to question points on activity.

  • If you send your Recording(s) or Project late, you will lose -2 Points for that Class, but you can gain back the Points lost for the assignment. Late Projects need to be turned in before the next Class. If you are having problems submitting due to your wifi, link not working, etc..., please let us know right away so we may find a solution.

  • Submitting an PFR (Personal Financial Review - A.K.A FNA) counts per person and not per family.

  • Your final point total does not determine whether you can be signed off as a CFT, but does affect retreat status.

  • In order to graduate, you must have a total of 3,000 personal points over the duration of the class.

  • In order to graduate, you cannot miss more than one Class and you must watch the recording from the Class missed.

CFT Class 1 Project

  • Attend a minimum of 2 Trainings per week.

This will deduct -1 Point per week if not completed.
 

 

  • Record your "Roleplay" with you assigned Class 1 Partners.

  • Roleplay Scripts: Prospecting, Reverse E.T.H.O.R., 3 Good Qualities and Objections (choose your Top 3 Objections) - All are Required.

This will deduct -2 Points if not completed.

  • Join the Miliare Group & NextGeneration Slack channels (Required)

  • Join the WhatsApp CFT channels in order to submit your Daily Activity (Required)

  • Build a basic Business Action Plan.

This will accumulate +1 Bonus Point for the TOP 10 in the Class.

This will deduct -2 Points if not completed.

  • Run four(4) New One on One Appointments.

This will accumulate +1 Point if doubled and +2 Points for N°1.

This will deduct -1 Point if not completed.

  • Generate two(2) New In-Person Prospects.

This will accumulate +1 Point if doubled and +2 Points for N°1.

This will deduct -1 Point if not completed.

  • Remember to post your CFT Daily Activity Report before midnight in our CFT Program WhatsApp channel.
    Typical daily activities such as Calls, Prospects, Appointments ran, Appointments set, New Clients and New Business Partners.

This will accumulate +1 Point per week!

CFT Plus Class 1 Project

  • Attend a minimum of 2 Trainings per week.

This will deduct -1 Point per week if not completed.
 

 

  • Record your "Roleplay" with you assigned Class 1 Teammates and help coach them - send us their recordings to eacftprograms@gmail.com
